GCS CoPlug is a CoPolymer Beads are high-performance spherical polymer-based lost circulation materials (LCM) designed to control fluid loss and enhance wellbore stability in drilling operations. Engineered with uniform particle size and high compressive strength, these beads are highly effective in sealing fractures, vugs, and highly permeable formations where conventional materials may fail.

Due to their spherical geometry, CoPolymer Beads provide excellent bridging and packing efficiency, forming a tight, low-permeability seal within the formation. Their smooth surface reduces friction during pumping, allowing efficient placement deep into loss zones. These beads are chemically inert and stable under a wide range of drilling conditions, including high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) environments. Compatible with both water-based (WBM) and oil-based mud (OBM) systems, CoPolymer Beads are widely used in advanced LCM formulations for reliable and consistent performance across global oilfield operations.
